Duo Etudes

Created by a flute teacher to facilitate recurring topics in her own studio, DUO ETUDES is a fun approach to overcoming 12 familiar problems with rhythms, articulations, and a whole lot more! DUO ETUDES addresses these common music-learning challenges by creating specially composed pieces to build correct, new habits in exciting ways without those uninspiring, routine drill exercises. Anna Meyer’s collection of lesson-based duets facilitates teacher/student playing so teachers can demonstrate and students imitate. Both parts of each duo etude are written at student level, allowing for the parts to be swapped back and forth at lessons, and played together among friends.
