When the Philadelphia Orchestra premiered Liebermann's CONCERTO FOR VIOLIN featuring soloist Chantal Juillet and conductor Charles Dutoit, the Philadelphia Inquirer forecast the work would have “a popularity not enjoyed by any other violin concerto since the Barber.” This publication offers the solo part along with the composer's own piano reduction.
