Sound Recordings (Mechanical Licenses). With the exception
of premiere recordings, licensing for recordings of works in Presser's
catalog is handled by the Harry Fox Agency. Please visit their website
to request the appropriate mechanical license.

Staged Works (Grand Rights). Request
a license for your upcoming stage production, including opera and ballet. For general performance
(non-staged) licensing, please refer to the section on the right.

Performance (Small Rights). Theodore
Presser Company and its affiliates are represented by America's
performing rights organizations. Visit their websites to find out

- Theodore Presser and Elkan-Vogel works are licensed through
ASCAP
- Merion Music works are licensed through BMI
- Mercury Music works are licensed through SESAC
