When performed with “A Question of Faith” (set in Russia), makes a full evening under the title "Love in Two Countries"

Poor Molette: successful businessman and good husband, he is at the “dangerous age,” unaware that he desperately craves romantic adventure. A clumsy misunderstanding leads to his being branded “that pig of a Molette,” even though his cousin, Rivet, is the real cad. Years later, the characters settle scores, in an oh-so-French way.
